If you are interested in contacting RuneScape DIY, use the following guidelines to figure out where to place your feedback:

• One of the most commonly sent messages we receive are guide edits – please do not send them to us. Instead, post a comment on that specific guide stating the needed edits.
• RuneScape support questions can be answered at our clan chat or by posting a comment. Our staff unfortunately does not have time to respond to these messages.
• New guides, server errors, legal issues and complaints (see below), account bans, and applying for staff positions are valid reasons for contacting a staff.

How to Contact:

Simply send us an email at RSDIY@live.com. If you don’t put a subject on your email, it will automatically be sent to a site administrator. However, if you need to contact a staff member in specific, put their name in the email as the subject to have the message forwarded to them.

Our staff members are as follows: Ed, Llama, Darkkirby, and Blackt3ars (site administrators), Brunhoff (chief editor), Jack Sam, Bunni Killer (editors).

RuneScapeDIY will not take any responsibility for the content of external communications nor do they represent the views and opinions of us.

Legal

All site information is presented on a strict AS-IS basis. We define site information as comments, external links, guide and any contents that could possibly be found on our site. While we do try to keep inappropriate  comments away with our spam folder, occasionally a few get through, and we hold no liability for them.

Guides, pictures, and all contents of this site is copyrighted by RuneScapeDIY. Copying any content will result in legal action being taken.
